Old County Court Hotel - Coventry

The kitchen facilities were great, but I struggled with the high bathroom mirror.

Fairly friendly staff of the hotel. Perfect units with double bed.

I had a solid stay at Old County Court! Super clean room, comfy bed, and awesome shower with great water pressure. Only bummer was having no onsite staff for quick questions. A convenient spot for exploring Coventry!

A wide array of brilliant food. Comfortable bed & quiet central and best possible position just next door to Very close to shops, the cathedral-the umbilicus of Coventry, and two steps from the Cathedral and close to all landmarks and transport.

Old County Court is a gem! The location is fantastic, right next to the Coventry Cathedral. My room had a kitchenette equipped with essential cooking facilities, a big plus. The room was also very clean, and I appreciated the high ceilings and feature beams.

The stairs were quite steep.

Compact kitchenette had essential cooking tools like a microwave and fridge, a big plus for preparing meals. I enjoyed the convenience of self-check-in, though it took a bit to get the access code. The room had a cozy vibe, but steep stairs could be an issue for some. Unfortunately, noise levels were quite high at night, mainly due to outside disturbances. The bathroom mirror was a bit too high for easy use.

Sound insulation needs improvement!!! I could hear everything from neighboring rooms, which disrupted my privacy. Plus, the window situation was unbearable. My room reminded me of a sauna with no proper ventilation!!!

The room had excellent ensuite cooking facilities such as a microwave and stove, nice for convenient meal preparation. I appreciated the good ventilation from the window. The shower was excellent, delivering excellent water pressure for a fantastic experience.

The location provided excellent access to the cathedral and city centre. The rooms were well-equipped, with amenities like a fridge and cooking facilities, ideal for longer stays. The ventilation was poor, causing discomfort in the heat, and the lack of onsite staff for immediate assistance was a drawback. Sound insulation was inadequate, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms.

Loved the spacious wardrobe, handy desk, and clean shower room. The location was perfect for exploring, right next to the historic cathedral!
